Help us check a candidate, result, source or model assumption. Reports are reviewed by the editor and never automatically change a forecast.
Include the district or contest, page URL and forecast publication time, what should change, and a public source or observation date where available. A report can remain unresolved when the underlying evidence conflicts.

Privacy and attribution
The form is hosted by Google. No sign-in or email is required. Your report and optional name/contact are stored in the owner’s private form responses for editorial review and clarification. Response summaries are not public. Attribution stays private unless you explicitly opt in; verified factual corrections may be published without identifying the reporter. Do not send voter files, private personal details or campaign uploads.
